Shaka Nomad OÜ, with registered office in Tallinn, Estonia, is the data controller for personal data collected through the Platform.

- To manage registration on the Platform.
- Process payments and commissions.
- Manage the Customer ↔ Provider business relationship.

- Perform internal statistical analyses.
4. Legitimacy of the Processing
Data processing is based on:
- Execution of the contract between the user and the Platform.
- Compliance with legal obligations (tax, accounting, KYC).
- Consent of the data subject where required.
5. Data Recipients
The data may be communicated to:
- Stripe Inc., as a payment and identity verification provider. Stripe acts as the data processor with respect to the data collected during the onboarding process, in accordance with its privacy policy: https://stripe.com/privacy.
- Accounting and regulatory compliance service providers (e.g., 1Office, Xero).
- Tax and regulatory authorities, when legally required.
6. International Transfers
In the event of using tools with servers located outside the European Economic Area, we guarantee that appropriate protection mechanisms will be applied (Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions, etc.). Stripe operates data centers in the US and Europe under such mechanisms.
7. Data Retention
The data will be retained for as long as the user keeps their account active and, subsequently, for the periods required by law (normally 7 years for tax and accounting obligations).
8. User Rights
The user may exercise the following rights:
- Access: to know what data we process.
- Rectification: to correct inaccurate data.
- Erasure: to request the deletion of data when it is no longer necessary.
- Objection: to object to the processing of data in certain cases.
- Portability: to request a structured copy of your data. You can exercise these rights by creating a ticket accesing our Support Section, indicating the right you wish to exercise.
9. Security Measures
The Platform has implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data. The sensitive processing of financial data is delegated to Stripe Connect, in accordance with PCI DSS standards.
10. Changes to the Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Policy. Any changes will be communicated by email or by notice on the Platform.
